The Reclaiming Beauty Project is an 8 week journey using yoga, embodied movement, expressive arts and ritual to explore personal body image identity, explore beauty and what it means to you, develop positive, self-honoring body practices, create a more loving relationship to your body, and to inspire you to share the reclaiming beauty message with the women in your life.
To further the conversation, Heidi has partnered with Katherine Dowdney of Blissful Body. Together we will be offering a website, blog, e-course, classes and workshops dedicated to the Reclaiming Beauty message. Check out the Reclaiming Beauty website for updates.
