The Reclaiming Beauty Project is an 8 week journey using yoga, embodied movement, expressive arts and ritual to explore personal body image identity, explore beauty and what it means to you, develop positive, self-honoring body practices, create a more loving relationship to your body, and to inspire you to share the reclaiming beauty message with the women in your life.
