Integrative Yoga Counseling

Integrative Yoga Counseling sessions utilize the therapeutic and healing benefits of yoga postures, and can address all realms of being including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Through assisted yoga postures and non-directive dialogue, a client is guided to experience the connection of their physical and emotional selves. Using focused breathing, this connection is held and explored, fostering release, personal growth, and healing. This work is influenced by Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy.
